Payment plans & options

1st Installment deposit is required 30 days prior to the event in order to take advantage of this plan.  Penalties apply for cancelations.

                  33% Deposit (1st Installment) 30 days prior to the event.

33% (2nd Installment) 14 day prior to the event.

           34% (3rd Installment) 24 hrs. prior to the event.

We will provide you with exact dates based on your calendar date. If you do not make payments on those dates provided, there will be an additional late fee of $5 per day applied to those installment dates.

To take advantage of this payment plan you will have to make your first installment payment of half due now and the other half due 24 hours prior to the event.  If payment is made in full 48 hour prior to the event a savings of 15% will be applied to final bill. 

Example:

Final bill $250 

Event Date: August 10, 2025

Deposit due now $125.00

2nd Installment due: $125.00 24 hours in advance.

If payment is received sooner than 48 hours prior to event, then 15% will be deducted from final payment. Final payment will be $212.50 savings of $37.50 for just paying early.

When you pay the entire amount in full the same day you will receive a credit of 20% which can be used towards your final payment or towards more items at, "The Backyard Experience."
