Cancellations

 A request to have a specific date or time period blocked off on a calendar in order to ensure that it remains free for a particular purpose.  The calendar hold requires that a nonrefundable payment of 15% of the final payment is paid before blocking off that day, space, and time. The calendar hold is required for anything scheduled over 30 days prior to your booking.  

Whenever you have made your payment to hold your date you have 24 hours from the time you sent in payment to cancel in order to receive your full refund. 

If your date conflicts with an upcoming event or we have mistakenly double booked, you will receive full refund or asked to apply your payment to another calendar date. 

Penalties are not applied if death in the immediate family, weather in zone 2 does not permit, or anything in the zones permit you from being able to utilize them. 

For any cancelations before 30 days, your calendar hold payment will not be refunded, and if a deposit was made you will receive that mount of refund in full.  Anything within the 30-days prior to your rental, penalties began to occur for cancellations. After your deposit is made then your calendar hold payment will then be applied to your account balance. If you are taken advantage of our payment plan, then you are required to make installments and penalties are applied to any cancelations. SEE CANCELATIONS PENALTIES CHART.  Calendar hold will not be refunded and percentage off deposits will be deducted.

Cancelations Between:

22-29 days...... 20%

15-21 days...... 30%

08-14 days......40%

01-07 days......50%

Penalties apply when cancellation is made due to your own reasoning.
